Do you work only with businesses or also with private clients?
Our primary focus is corporate clients (B2B): property management companies, commercial real estate, and architects.
However, we also accept requests from private clients if we can accommodate them within our current schedule.
Can I sign a contract for regular maintenance?
Yes, we offer service contracts for B2B clients, which include:
• Scheduled visits 1–2 times per year
• Fixed pricing
• Priority service times
• Detailed technical reports on window conditions
How does the maintenance process work?
- Submit a request via website, email, or WhatsApp
- Contact with the client and proposal of a convenient date
- On-site visit and inspection (the cost may be deducted if the work is carried out)
- Approval of the estimate and timeline
- Completion of work within 1–3 business days
- Handover of the service report, photo documentation (if needed), and recommendations
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day
(Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 18:00).
Do you work on weekends or handle urgent calls?
At the moment, we operate only during regular hours.
Urgent visits are possible by arrangement, depending on availability.
Which regions do you cover?
We serve clients within a 100 km radius of Nordhorn, including:
Germany:
Nordhorn, Osnabrück, Münster, Lingen, Meppen, Rheine, and more.
Netherlands:
Enschede, Hengelo, Almelo, Emmen, Doetinchem, and more.
For B2B clients and large-scale projects, we can travel beyond this area by agreement.
How can I pay for the services?
For B2B clients:
• Bank transfer upon invoice
• Payment term: 7 days
• Custom terms available by contract
For B2C clients:
• Bank transfer (on-site or within 1–2 days)
• Card payment via terminal (Visa, MasterCard, EC-Karte)
• Partial prepayment required when ordering materials
Minimum order amount: €150
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all completed work and materials used.
If any issues arise during the warranty period, we’ll come and fix them free of charge.
What does the energy audit include?
After the inspection, you receive a PDF report containing:
• Key observations
• Photos (if necessary)
• Heat loss assessment
• Recommendations for improving energy efficiency
